Applications and SaaS products
We design roles, key paths, onboarding, and product logic. We focus the scope of the first release on a task that the user can complete and has a reason to return to.
HOW WE HELP / ALGOV
From idea to a product people want to use.
We design and build web apps, B2B platforms and SaaS products. We start with what brings value to the first users.
Let's discuss it ↗SOUND FAMILIAR?
From a client platform to a tool used by the entire company. We combine experience design with engineering so that the first release solves an important task and provides a solid foundation for subsequent decisions.
SCOPE OF WORK
We design roles, key paths, onboarding, and product logic. We focus the scope of the first release on a task that the user can complete and has a reason to return to.
We build access to catalogs, individual terms, orders, and statuses. We connect the interface with company systems so that self-service does not end with manual data entry behind the scenes.
We ensure responsiveness, accessibility, performance, and a clear structure. Motion and visual details support orientation. Architecture and documentation help develop the product after the first launch.
THE OUTCOME WE AIM FOR
We define the audience, problem and scope of the first release.
We design key journeys and test a prototype.
We deliver in stages and improve the product using data.
CLEAR DELIVERABLES
MEASURABLE VALUE
We define the event that signifies value: a completed order, a used document, or a return within the natural work cycle. We analyze obstacles in the task and reasons for abandonment. Data helps choose the next feature, rather than developing the product based on the loudest idea.
View an illustrative scenario ↗Tell us who the product is being created for and how users manage today. Examples, sketches, or access to the current process would be helpful. If the idea needs refinement, we will start with discovery and testing the most important assumption.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Yes. We limit features while maintaining the ability to perform the entire important task. Before building, we determine what the first version should teach us and what behavior will be a signal of value.
We combine interface design with implementation. We check full paths, errors, mobile devices, and accessibility so that aesthetics align with daily use.
After understanding the scope and dependencies, we present assumptions, stages, and elements requiring confirmation. Integrations, data migration, and quality requirements have a significant impact on cost.
The scope of handover is defined in the contract: code, documentation, access credentials, and operational instructions. We also agree on responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and subsequent releases.
