HOW WE HELP / ALGOV

Automation and AI agents

Get back to the work that matters.

Quotes, documents and customer inquiries. We automate repetitive tasks while your team stays in control of decisions.

Let's discuss it ↗

Less repetition. More possibility.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

From limitation
to opportunity.

As the team grows, along with the number of spreadsheets, forwarded messages, and manual checks, adding another person does not always eliminate the root cause of the problem. We help build a process where information flows between steps, allowing people to focus on decision-making.

SCOPE OF WORK

What can we build for you?

Inquiry and offer management

Organizing messages, identifying missing data, and drafting responses based on approved information. Prices and terms are controlled by business rules. The team reviews the proposal before it is sent.

Documents and data

Extracting required fields, validating them, indicating the source fragment, and transferring the data to the appropriate system. Illegible or incomplete documents are routed to a queue where specific issues can be corrected.

Workflows and constrained agents

We connect process steps and add autonomy where action selection requires interpretation. We define limits, permissions, and approval points to ensure automation has a clearly defined scope.

THE OUTCOME WE AIM FOR

Less manual work. A connected process from start to finish.

01

Understand

We map the process and measure the time it takes.

02

Build

We build a pilot around one task and real examples.

03

Improve

We add quality checks, human approval and monitoring.

CLEAR DELIVERABLES

You know what you'll receive.

  • Process map and a starting point for comparison.
  • Pilot on representative examples, including acceptance criteria.
  • Integrations, exception handling, and visible action history.
  • Work instructions, monitoring, and a plan for handing over the solution.

MEASURABLE VALUE

You know what changes.

We measure the time from intake to case closure, the amount of manual control effort, the number of corrections, and the cost of a correct outcome. We separate recovered time from cash savings. This ensures that the decision to scale is based on process performance, not the number of generated responses.

What should you prepare to start?

To begin, we need sample cases, a list of tools in use, and a conversation with the person performing the task. You do not need a ready-made specification. Materials containing confidential data are shared only after an appropriate collaboration method has been established.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Good questions. Clear answers.

Does every process require AI?

No. Fixed rules and data transfer are often better handled by standard integration. We use models where they help interpret text, documents, or variable situations.

Will automation independently write to clients?

We define the scope separately. We can start with drafts for approval. Sending, recipients, and attachments should be subject to clear control and execution history.

What happens with an unusual case?

We design an exception queue, the reason for the stop, and the next step. A human can correct the data or take over the case, instead of restarting the entire process.

How will we know if it is worth scaling the solution?

We will compare the pilot with the current process at similar volume and quality. Before starting, we will establish conditions for scaling, improvement, or ending the experiment.

LET'S TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Let's discuss
your project.

You don't need a finished specification. Tell us what you want to improve, and we'll find the right place to start together.

  • We'll find where technology can bring you the most value.
  • We'll discuss scope, budget and a practical plan.
  • We'll agree on a clear next step, with no obligation.
